The ESL announced the new system of qualification for the upcoming ESL Major Series Season III.



According to this new system, there are three different ways be qualify his/her team to the Major Series Season III. One way is to place the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in both the ESL TF2 6on6 League Season I, way two follows the same conceptm being the best three teams of the EMS Season II being qualified automatically. The last way is to win one of the qualification cups.

In short: 3 slots for both the best 3 teams from both the ESL TF2 6on6 League Season I and the EMS Season II, as well as 10 slots for the 10 best teams in the qualification cups. That makes 16 teams in total.

As of today, since the ESL TF2 6on6 League Season I has ended yesterday, the three teams Pandemic, Excello and Four Kings.PBUK has been already qualified for the ESL Major Series Season 3.
